“A new flagship promotion please.” That’s what Holland & Barrett asked for. So that’s what we gave them. We took a fine-​​toothed comb and pored over 10 years of promo­tional activity, sorting the wheat from the chaff to reinvent the ‘buy one get one free’ proposition. We then whipped up some hard-​​working POS and TV spots to bring our ‘Penny Sale’ promotion to life.
