Key objectives of the post:

As a senior creative, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of Fuse Digital's work to an agreed timescale. You must ensure that the creative solution meets the requirements of the client's brief.
This role has five key measures:
1. To conceive, create and design award-winning creative solutions.
2. To manage personal timelines on briefed creative projects.
3. To support the creative director.
4. To be involved in pitch work when undertaken.
5. To be a positive influence as an employee and carry out all general duties relating to this.
Conceive, create and design award winning creative solutions.
Aware of the Fuse Digital required standards, you should aim to excel and promote this standard to more junior members of the team. The standard includes: communication skills, creative thought, visual and verbal communication of ideas, understanding and clarifying briefs, quality of finish, pace and ability to give, receive and react to feedback.
The exact levels of requirement will be communicated by the creative director and through expectation and process.
Manage personal timelines on briefed creative projects
Ensure creative work is delivered on time and inline with project team expectations. Review points and creative director sign off should be defined in the planning phase with the project manager and account director.
Support to the creative director
Understand the goals and creative strategy on any given project. Keep the creative director involved at key stages in the creative process. The senior creative should also have a level of awareness regarding the industry, competitors and clients.
Pitch work
The senior creative will be required to participate as a member of the project team on pitches and create speculative work within a given timescale.

With at least 5 years experience, you will have experience of ASP.NET 1.1 and 2.0 with C#, MS SQL 2000/2005, XHTML/CSS and JavaScript. We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Production Manager with varied experience. You will need to demonstrate print expertise - covering litho, web, large format, digital, experience managing press campaigns as well as outdoor. You'll be responsible for compiling quotes, controlling budgets and timings through to invoicing upon project completion and trafficking work around the agency. You'll need good knowledge of the production of artwork files and are responsible for maintaining quality control and policing sign off procedures.
You need to be able to foresee issues and opportunities and proactively work both with the client and account handler to present a case to work in a particular way to achieve the best results for the project. Digital web knowledge/experience an advantage but not essential.
